"I'm not at all satisfied with the way they moved my items!!! I do not recommend this mover at all!!!"

"Do not recommend. Contacted this company to help me with a move after the death of a parent. Requested 15 boxes. Was told over the phone this was no problem and was relieved to get some help. They showed up, three guys up with a 30 foot truck and then proceeded to complain the entire time that there was more stuff to move than expected. Not sure what was communicated to them by the person who took the call to book the move but the movers were EXTREMELY rude and complained about lifting boxes and that a double mattress was too heavy, for example. The truck was not filled completely and was mostly boxes with a few pieces of furniture and a regular size old fridge. Was told the minimum was 3 hours, the truck took 1.5 hours to load and they treated me as if I was inconveniencing them. It was on a Friday so perhaps my move was unconvincing their Friday afternoon. Never had a moving company complain about a MOVE I'M PAYING for. when the time came for the bill the price conveniently went up by an extra $25 and hour than what I was told initially. I paid the bill and would never recommend this company"

"The guys did a great job!! My sister was very happy with them."
