Mini-Entrepôts des Laurentides Reviews
Eugénie Laplante
Very bad experience. I am an hour and a half from my warehouse. I made a transfer of $240 dollars which was never accepted. I go to the warehouse premises my code is deactivated. I try to reach someone no response. At home I have no cell network so I write by email. I leave a message saying that it is not great to drive an hour and a half to be greeted by a gate so my code no longer works but I was never notified. As a response I received you owe me money that is your problem. However my interact transfer is still pending

Clean, well-organized warehouses, plenty of space to move around, but all reservations must be made online. Very easy to do, quick turnaround on business days during normal hours. Great, the prices are the best.

Price-wise, it's the cheapest I've found in the area. The place is accessible at all times. The deposit requested is refunded without any problem at the end of the contract.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
- Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
- Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
