"can service get any worse at this store! when they tell you they don't have and to order it online. For a simple toilet float thats bad service! no wonder the store was empty on a saturday!"

"Please make sure that your mobile site displays the conditions for obtaining the "we pay the tax", I was on the road and needed birdseed, google Rona Bird seed and went to this link, saw the promo and went to the store to buy it. Saw I was charged tax, went to talk two great employees who tried to help out with friendly surface but couldn't figure out why it didn't work, refunded me, called a manager who said it's online orders only, so they had me order online to receive the promo as they believed it was to be an automatic thing and sure enough it didn't work."
