We bought a storage bed from JLM furniture and it's so poorly done. After spending a lot of $$ on a bed we realized that there's nothing to keep a mattress in place and it will simply slide around without something extra to keep it in place. I've never even seen a bed with no ability to hold a mattress! Furthermore, just like a prior reviewer said we didn't receive a complete assembly kit and it was missing the same parts so it's not a one off! The manual is also completely useless. Beware of this furniture brand!

The quality of the furniture and the finish is far superior to anything you can find on the market. I feel like I'm sleeping in a hotel room every night! I bought the model with the drawers underneath two years ago and I love the storage and the design. No more dust under the bed! The color is beautiful too. I had to call the after-sales service regarding the installation and I received excellent service, beyond my expectations. The staff responded quickly, were attentive, open and collaborative. I have no regrets about my choice of choosing a product from our beautiful province.
