"Always great service, passionate and knowledgeable employees. They always are available to answers questiona or offer advice that suits best the well being of your animal. Seriously, the staff are just so great! Love that place and so does my dog!"

"We are in Canada, we speak English and French, why do you have people in customer service who don't want to speak English?"

"They have everything you need for dogs, cats and birds. I believe they also have stuff for rodents as well. Prices are a little high, but what isn't these days. The staff is very very helpful and kind."
