I was once satisfied, but the more I used his services, the less reliable he was. Now he has added to the dissatisfaction by messing with my mother. No professionalism and no respect for his obligations. He was supposed to pick up some furniture that she sold to a young student this Monday between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. and he decided to come at 2 p.m. Since my mother wasn't there, he left. Too bad, we'll come back Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m. He's not coming because the gentleman has a higher-paying contract this morning. Wow!! Bravo!! What's the point of booking?? I'm really disappointed and even angry. I won't recommend you again, that's for sure.
