"They operate under several assumed names that are not listed in the business register and use different addresses. A way to scam people and avoid prosecution. When the court tries to notify them, it is never the right name and/or address. Incompetent employees. For a 28 x 38 bungalow, they sent 3 20-foot trucks instead of a heavy goods vehicle. The employees did not remember which of the 3 trucks my furniture was in and took out all the boxes before the furniture. Difficult to place furniture on boxes... It was necessary to move the boxes in order to be able to bring in the main furniture. I still have a room full of furniture stacked to the ceiling because it is difficult to place furniture on top of the boxes. Charged extra mileage for $146 and additional time for the time taken to pick up trucks, move +++, amounting to $1,092.00. They damaged ALL my furniture and the owner, Mr. Steve Marcoux, refuses to pay for the damages or refund the overcharged amounts. I had to file a complaint with the OPC and resort to Small Claims. Hay bale company."

"The move was very difficult because one day before the move, the driver dropped out because he had personal things to do, the only positive point was the owner's agreement to let my nephew drive and congratulations to the 4 people who moved us."

"Ask for Mr. Marcoux because he is very efficient and will respond very quickly to your moving and vehicle rental needs with a smile."
