Arrived almost 2 hours late, poorly equipped and poorly organized. Very bad attitude and bad temperament from the lady who moved despite our efforts to be friendly and courteous to her. Because yes, it is indeed the one who answers the phone who does the moving. The price seems much cheaper at first, but in the end it takes so long that it is the same as paying real professionals. We were well prepared and everything was ready to take out only the furniture, but despite everything she kept complaining and saying that our furniture was too heavy. Furniture broke because the lady did not have the strength to lift it properly, like pushing the sofa onto the frame of the carrier instead of lifting it. And they were no heavier than normal good quality furniture. It was sad to watch. We were in no hurry, but seeing them go we just couldn't wait for it to be over 🤦‍♀️. Pathetic. The gentleman luckily was very friendly and competent. Honestly, we don't recommend it to anyone. Run away!

Waited all day, changed time and version 3 times, without keeping my word. I left to camp at my new address at 7:30 p.m. (I couldn't spend the night at my old address). When I returned to my old address with another mover the next day, they had left a Post-it on the house that said "Well, sort yourself out, darn it!" A neighbor told me that they came by with a pickup truck around 8 p.m., as if you could move the entire contents of a house and garage with a pickup truck, in the middle of the evening! Unreliable, no insurance, no word.

We booked the move several weeks in advance, confirmed twice before the move, and they never showed up. When we called them back on Monday, they insulted us without ever listening. I've never seen such bad company. Terrible.
