"Overall, the service was terrible. The truck arrived late and was too small. Luckily, I had a pickup truck, which I filled several times. By the time I got to dinner, it took 1.5 hours. The truck's battery died, and I had to jump-start it myself because the movers stayed in the truck twiddling their thumbs for 30 minutes. Every time I left (my partner stayed behind), the team took the opportunity to do nothing, and I always found them sitting in their vehicle doing nothing, always trying to justify themselves. I tried to contact their manager, but he never responded. However, he contacted his team, asking them why I was trying to reach him."
