"Excellent customer service at Mini Mall Storage. Staff is friendly and professional and always willing to help. Been with them for over a year now and no complaints!"

"As with any business changing hands there are growing pains. I have had issues with employees. Upper management does care about its clients and strives to make things right. Give them a chance to make things right. I had been paying a very low rental cost, quite below market. I was shocked with price increases, however they align with current market. If you're having any issues locally, attempt to reach out to management. They're a pleasure to deal with. My issues have been with employees who have since moved on. Looking forward to a more solid experience. 👍"

"2 rate hikes in 3 months, you guys are crooks."
