If I could leave a Zero I would. Went to remove my belongings not once but twice and they were closed both times. The one time I had paid movers to help me and they decided to close on a day they are usually open a Saturday. Next time a couple weeks later thank goodness I checked and sure enough they closed up for a long weekend. Can't get into this place unless it's on their terms and their times. Now lady running the place is holding my stuff "hostage" and says I can not remove until late fees are paid. My stuff would have been out a long time ago, trust me. Single Dad who works for a living and have two very young children. Go somewhere else and save yourself the BS of dealing with this person. Brutal customer service.
