Securing a storage unit, rental agreement all done online and over the phone. Instructions were easy to understand and move-in was without any problem. The storage unit and facility is clean and we appreciate that this facility is paved and not the mess of loose gravel with big potholes and accessible 24/7.

Really disappointed by how dramatically they continue to increase prices here. My costs have doubled in a years time and they continue to add on new fees. I’m quite confident the response to this review will be that their decisions are made based on competitor analysis (as they’ve responded to all similar reviews in the past) but what that means to me is that you can’t count on reliability of prices with your rental here and that frequent turnover is part of their chosen business model. It’s a shame because my experience here for the first two years was really quite positive. Change in ownership has taken the focus from strong customer satisfaction to squeezing every penny out, in my opinion.
