"Tried several times to book a unit, called and left voice mail, emailed, stopped in, texted, finally got a response saying a unit was supposed to be cleared out by the day requested, I then asked about confirming and payment and never got an answer until it was too late. We had to unload a truck by a certain time which was detailed in my messages. We contacted another storage facility - they answered the phone on the first ring, gave me clear instructions and we were able to be unloaded in the time we needed."
