"I had all my stuff including my dad's ashes, My mother and father funeral book , very important papers, when I called to tell them I would be out there the next day to pay in full, I did just that and when I got there the woman who was there said my unit had been auctioned off. I phoned a number she gave me and I spoke to another woman she was extremely rude. She said there was rats running through a couple units and got rid of them , she said she sent me a invoice, well I got nothing they could have phoned me, I thought they had to keep personal items, I was so devastated. Just be careful"

"I had a great experience while renting our unit. Lloyd was always friendly and helpful."
