U-Haul Moving & Storage of Peterborough ✔

"I recently used U-Haul in Peterborough, Ontario, and had a smooth, reliable experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about their equipment. My truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made moving day far less stressful. The location also has a good selection of packing supplies, and the return process was straightforward and quick. Overall, this U-Haul branch delivers solid service and dependable vehicles—I'd confidently use them again for future moves. Definitely 5 stars in my opinion."

"I rented a trailer from this store recently, and had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Their associate Lucas helped me hook up the trailer, gave me some tips on how handle it, and was very helpful when I brought it back. The gentleman an the front desk was very nice too. Their operation is very streamlined, I interacted with four different associates that day and everyone was consistently friendly and professional."

"Not worth typing out everything whoever has the misfortune of having to use them knows this those who do only do because what's the other option? Not sure how such a hot head is boss the with the way he treats people and why do you need 24 hours notice for a box to be taken down if you make us wait every single time anyhow? No payment in advance? Gotcha. Wait an hour for something that should be very simple? You bet! Then rent out a truck with the passenger mirror not even staying in place so uh in other words not safe for the road forgive me if I expect a safe vehicle in -full working order- you U-Haul makes too much money to be renting our trucks not fit for the road what did we get oh a whole 12 bucks off? So generous thanks. The guy who runs the place needs anger management and also to realize it's not a race track he's lead and it reflects poorly on the rest of them cause why would they care if he doesn't? Definitely will be taking this up the chain. The rest I'll save for head office avoid this place if you can it will cost you a lot nothing about them is simple or professional. Take a look at the other reviews this isn't just one guy complaining."
