This has all in all been a fabulous experience. My Mother-In-Law has been using this facility for storage and she has nothing but great things to say about the staff. Recently, we got a U-Haul truck (very convenient to load from here) and everything went off without a worry! Would definitely recommend the storage and the service!

We didn't have a very good experience with the storage facility. We took possession of our unit winter 2021. When we were cleaning out our unit fall of 23 we discover our items were filled with mice droppings, urine stains, chewed items etc. We had extensive damage to our belongings. We brought this to the attention of the employee and she explained that there had been an issue with rodents,and we were to take photos and document any damages which we did, and Dunn's would take responsibility since they were aware of this infestation. Unfortunately when we approached ownership this was not the case.
