The Members are the absolute best, very kind, friendly and willing to help in anyway they can especially Kelly! They made my first time renting including easy and uncomplicated!

Had a great experience so far, this was my first time ever renting a storage unit and thankfully for me I needed it at a time where they had the *4 weeks free* promotion. Only paid around $30 total up front and about the same amount for a lock from their location. Kelly was above and beyond amazing with helping me through the process of getting set up with them, I was in a bit of an emergency situation and she helped me to get fully registered and verified over the phone. Would definitely recommend them

They were ignorant of the facts and must have assumed I was talking about material loss coverage details having no sense of liability from their training. The link to the 3rd party insured detail long form does not work nor does the broker that provides said insurance have any details of coverage because I tried to get this and it did not materialize.I was labeled a "Karen" after my attempts to get clarification were denied and outrightly dismissed each of the 4 times I asked for coverage details that rightly came into question and I or no one should be financially prepared to float in any eventuality. My suggestion to this branch is to revitalize your documents, put the terms of the rental agreement, including the insurance coverage to whom you are an agent for by way of 3rd party broker on your website so they are upfront and bare competitiveness witness to the market share you subscribe to. Anything other than this is wholly dishonest and could put someone in the poor house if you so elect to do so. Do some customer training so the 1st response from the clerk is not frustration because they don't know how to get the information and appear unsupported by management having to face the customer alone. It will go a long way with image by resolving client concerns in a friendly and expeditious manner. If I had been greeted with the sense of concern from the clerk and not helplessness it would have been a whole different experience, but the repeated performance of outright denial is never a good practice to start. It only gets worse when a clerk has no tools to draw upon, which clearly makes this a training failure issue and the clerk can't be blamed for this outcome. Without intervention by management it will become the best advertisement for their competition ..... down the road.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
  3. Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
  5. Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
