If I could give a zero I absolutely would!! I did my diligence to return the vehicle on time with no issues (clean, gas at proper level etc), and they charged my card for all the things I did right two weeks later. I called to dispute the charges and they said oh we will look into that. After waiting 72 hours I got an email saying yes it's an extra charge that shouldn't have happened and I was to be issued a refund on the 20th of Oct. I was to wait 3 to 5 business days to see the funds back into my account. So I waited and now it's the 30th, well over a week and I called back this morning only to find that the refund had not even been processed and the manager on duty (wish I could remember her name) said that she had more productive work to be done and hung up on me! So this is my rent money and I had just moved so paying a landlord late rent after moving in is an awful first experience. Yes things happen but this is insane!! It wasn't even processed and I've had to call and wait so many times just for workers and managers to say and do two different things. I will never be using their products again and I will be encouraging others not to either. I've had so many problems with U-Haul and I honestly thought after returning the vehicle that thankfully they gave me a great experience but absolutely not. This is awful.
