Sheffield Moving & Storage ✔

"Sheffield handled my move from Ottawa to Saskatchewan and I couldn't be more pleased. Both the crews that loaded everything up in Ottawa and that unloaded here Sk were excellent. The office staff I spoked and emailed with were amazing. A+ would highly recommend."

"Avoid this company like the plague. Contract from an international move clearly specified packing materials to be removed at unload. Delivering driver refused to take the material at delivery. Promised that "the office" would take care of it. 4 weeks later and chasing daily Sheffield's manager to pick up packing materials taking up most of my garage. She does not respond to emails and avoids responsibility. Empty promises of pickups that do not happen. Only thing provided is smart remarks to put the material in my blue bin."

"I am not motivated to damage your business, I only want a reply to my emails regarding my move. I would like a conversation with the decision maker to address my concerns, I do have an expectation of compensation as my contracted service was not provided."
