"My experience with Melina was EXCELLENT! She is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and accommodating. I will say however that she needs help. I was unable to begin my contract for several weeks because she was the only person working. It was not efficient. If it wasn’t from Melina, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere."

"Exceptionally clean and super organized. My parents were downsizing and we needed somewhere to keep their belongings. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and quick to help whenever I need anything. They made the whole move in easy and flawless."

"I was having car trouble. I pulled off of Wilson onto a site street. And I guess into the safe storage parking lot I Open my hood To see what the problem was not even a minute and this employee comes out and asks if I am a customer I said no She said well you have to leave. She could clearly see I was having car trouble Mind you, there was not one car in the parking lot. I wasn't disrupting anything. I only needed to be there for a few minutes to check what was wrong. I would never be a customer of you This is how you treat people. I can imagine how you treat your customers no thanks"
