U-Store-It (Store it Yourself Inc.) | Temperature-controlled Storage North Bay ✔

"A bunch of my things got mouldy despite it being "climate-controlled". When I confronted the owner about it, he was extremely rude and completely stonewalled me, claiming that "I was the first person to ever get mould there" and "my things must have been damp when I moved in". I moved in on a sunny spring day. When I moved out, the building even smelled damp."

"The lockers are in a nice central location. The storage lockers that are separate from the Ustore it building are secure. The units were a bit dirty and when I went to retrieve my stuff there was mouse droppings on many of my items however nothing was damaged. Lloyd was very nice and the price is pretty good per month."

"Lloyd was super helpful, unfortunately he recently passed away and I was unable to access my stuff. We sorted it all out now that his daughter & son inlaw run the business. Hopefully it will be heated units now as advertised because I found it very chilly in there for a storage that was to be heated."
