U-Haul Moving & Storage of Newmarket ✔

"Tony was AMAZING on pick up! My van was so perfect and clean.I was so nervous to drive it but, it was unbelievable how smooth the ride was. I had a great experience and it was so easy to book online ! I am a wedding planner and I rent vans often but this location was over and above top customer service! It was a new van and amazing to drive! Hands down awesome service on pick up and return! I highly recommend this team for your rental needs. The young man on my return Sunday was also very helpful and professional and I want to make sure he gets 5 stars too! Just overall great experience...... Great Job!"

"I went into the Newmarket U-Haul location to rent a van. The manager immediately said “Visa credit only”, even though I’ve rented before using my Visa debit linked to my U-Haul account. I showed her my rental history, proof of payment, and even pulled up the official U-Haul FAQ from the Canadian website (not the U.S. one) confirming debit Visa is accepted. She still ignored it, dismissed what I showed her, and refused to even let me try the card."
