"HSS is the best! Easy to get to. Always clean. Warm and comfortable to work in. Lots of carts, and easy to move car loads of things in and out. Good security. Good lighting. Bathrooms in the building for those long sessions with your things. Prompt communication with management. Many different sizes of units. Excellent value for money!"

"We’ve rented units at Orillia Heated Self Storage many times over the years and have always had an excellent experience. The facility is clean, easy to access, and well maintained. The team is fantastic — Nancy especially deserves a shout-out for her patience and quick service. If you need storage in the Orillia area, don’t overthink it, this is the place!"

"I rented an outdoor storage unit for a vehicle and tools for approximately 5 years. I found the compound easy to access and always safe and secure. The rental of the unit was reasonably priced. Office staff were excellent to deal with at all times. I recommend this company highly."
