Always pleasant & professional. However existing customers are NOT allowed new promo deals. Even their alternate contacts cannot re-apply to get the advertised deal. I understand "Black Friday" specials are offered to attract new clients only. However as a business man for over 50 years, looking after your existing customers will probably keep there from straying away. It's just good PR.
