All Into Storage ✔

"Terrible. Not only does this facility have horrible access hours and only accept cash payment, but they have horrible customer service . I unfortunately rented a unit which was ridiculously unconvient as he didn't mention they only accept cash so I had to leave and get cash just to rent the unit. I unfortunately was hospitalized for almost 2 months and when I was out I attempted to go to my unit and pay balance. Even though I could get in the gates no one was present for me to pay. I did this twice more and had the same problem. Phone calls were also not returned and when I finally did get ahold of them they had apperantly sold my belongings. Over $30,000 worth of my belongings sold. No notice other then apperantly his lawyer sent registered letter which was never a received which his lawyer confirmed they can see it was never received."

"I helped a friend move stuff to this location. Typical storage facility. Units are are solid and clean and well looked after. Only complaints by my friend are hidden costs at first and not accessible most of weekend and evenings. Meaning you have to take time off of work to use facilities."

"We recommend highly All Into Storage. Their efforts to help out with our storage needs were greatly appreciated and we look forward to working with them again soon!"
