Happy to share 5 stars as we had nothing but a positive experience with this storage business. We asked for a small unit but realized not long after that we needed more space and were lucky to be able to switch to a bigger unit. We also had to store our enclosed trailer for a few days while we were selling it and they had no problems with that. Quick and easy communication through text messages. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these units again in the future.

Terrible organization. Thought going local would be a great idea , it only cost me extra time, extra gas and extra energy because i moved 2x and then 3rd final tume out of there. There is very poor communication, management does not return emails, phone number goes to a part time helper(according to what he stated) who isnt privy to whats on schedule for rentals or move outs. Messages are only texts no phone calls, really annoying. From get go I stated i wanted a 10x20 , was told one would be available Sept or Oct for sure. Sept came around and i was told #16 which was a 10x20 was ready for me to move into on sunday aug 30. I get there with a trailer full of stuff and theres a lock on# 16. Being long weekend no one was around , i only got an answer an hour later. How do they tell me something is ready without even verifying properly? I had already checked facility myself and luckily there was a 10x10 available to dump my stuff from trailer into and i emptied one of the small storage i had into the 10x10. Took me hours on my own . So frustrating dealing with this place , its not even cleaned out nicely. Mouse traps everywhere so prob gets lots. So happy to be out of there DO NOT RECOMMEND for long run to keep your things here, maybe only as an emergency as I did, but just try to avoid it all costs In the end i dont even know who mangement is because not a peep from them in response to my emails
