CFT Storage

I left my car for winter storage and the whole process was extremely easy and smooth. The team is very friendly, helpful, and made me feel confident that my vehicle is in good hands. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable winter storage!

My family & I rented a storage container in February 2025 and filled it with furniture and boxes to facilitate the sale of our townhouse and our move in early June 2025. The CFT website & brochure boasts about their " security measures and cameras", however if you read the fine print on the storage rental contract it emphasizes that management is not responsible for any loss or damage to contents. This what happened to me in mid-late May 2025: I had stored a 2018 model Mac desktop computer and a brand new $1000. portable generator near the doors, inside our locked unit. I went by there the last Saturday in May to add some last minute stuff, just before our move. I found the lock missing and the computer and generator gone.CFT management gave me some story about a guy looking for his belongings from a unit rented by an estranged wife/girlfriend. He didn't know/couldn't remember which unit it was in , so he broke into several storage units(and helped himself to my stuff just for kicks?). In their defense CFT reimbursed me for the purchase of a new lock and the cost of a replacement generator, but not for the desktop computer. I would not entrust ANYTHING of any value to CFT's vaunted security. I spread this information to family, friends, and dozens of CFT clients who I met over the past few months, while I was loading up my truck to clear out our remaining stuff. The staff are courteous and professional and I give them credit for reimbursing me for the generator and the lock. However I would never store anything of value with them, their security sucks!!.

Great Guy! I had some trouble loading a large truck on a trailer at this storage yard. The fellow came down after hours in the pouring rain and had us back on track in no time. Attentive and generous. I'd go out of my way to do business here!
