Customer Reviews for Bloomington Self Storage Inc

matt m ★★★★★ 5.0

"If I could give this place 0 or negative stars I would. Absolutely horrid damp conditions leaving a dank musk aroma in the units and an out of control mouse infestation. 1/3 of the boxes I stored in these units had mouse droppings and urine on them as well as were chewed and damaged beyond repair leading me to throw out the items I paid good money to store. When I went to talk to the manager regarding this issue they mentioned that they have traps in the corners of the halls, well CLEARLY they DO NOTHING."
