"Joanne signed us up for a storage contract. It was a total pleasure dealing with her. She was professional, helpful, enthusiastic … and a lot of fun, with her friendly service and great sense of humour. We were going to shop around, but after meeting Joanne, we knew that this is where we wanted to do business. Thanks!"
