Self Storage in a Box Ltd. ✔

"The unit size is fine and does what a storage unit needs to do. The location is not secure. My lock was cut several times and I did not receive notice from the company that there had been break ins. The gate entry code remains the same and could be shared making the location non-secure. Cancelling unit is not easy. I completed the online cancelation- must be done more than one month prior to move out date. They confirmed cancelation via email and gave move out by date. They continue to charge my CC monthly - 3 months after confirmed move out. Telephone customer service notes that they will fix the problem, yet its ongoing. The good: the unit stores stuff. The Bad: not secure, customer service lacking."

"My unit was broken into and everything of value taken,"
