I had a great experience at this location thanks to the excellent customer service from James and Tia. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They answered all my questions, helped me choose the right unit size, and made sure I understood everything clearly. It’s rare to find such genuine and helpful service these days. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for storage with top-notch customer support! Not to mention, James has a wonderful voice, so he should definitely take part in a reality show or something!
