Upper James Self Storage ✔

"This is a fantastic facility. Extremely clean and well kept. In one year of renting, I have not seen or detected not even ONE bug or critter in or around my unit, and my unit is on the last row of units. The staff and owner, Dori, are extremely helpful and accommodating. Also, in a price comparison of the area, they definitely beat their competitors in terms of price and value. I’ve rented self storage units for years and this is definitely the best experience and value I have come across. It is not often that a 24 hour facility provides an emergency line with access to help outside of office hours. Overall, 5 stars across the board - staff, facility and value. Well done!"

"The staff and service has made our move easy and less stressful. The facility is great and recommend them."

"I was so very impressed with Upper James Self Storage! They were extremely clean, safe and secure. I had peace of mind while my entire life (literally) was stored in this facility for 9 months. Dori was absolutely amazing and made me feel extremely confident that she was keeping an extra eye on things at all times!"
