We decided to transfer from a small storage to a bigger one and Yogesh is very accommodating and helpful on the process. We really had a great experience and we’ll surely recommend the SmartShop Storage Dufferin location.

We have to reserve the storage through the phone then talked about 33 mins. I was there about 5:10pm they closed by 6pm it still left 50mins to the office. There were 2 staff one male one female. 1. The first month it should be free but they still charge , no phone call explain , no email response. 2. The customer service spelling wrong my name I went to the front desk even though she see my ID face to face still made mistake with my last name ! 3. I was being polite and nicely to them , the lady complaint about me with her mother language it seems very rude very unprofessional.

We looked into using this place for our business storage uses. Was very dissatisfied with the place and management. Not very trustworthy, we didn't find it very secure and kinda of sketchy. We paid a deposit, but when we seen the place in person we didn't want anything to do with it they wouldn't give the deposit back even though it was less than 12 hours it was wasn't much, but we definitely would not rent here. We found a better place that we trust.
