"I recently visited Access Storage and was assisted by Muneeb, the store manager. He was very professional and friendly throughout the visit. Muneeb took the time to give me a full tour of the facility and showed me a few storage options that best suited my needs. He explained everything clearly and made the process easy to understand. Great customer service - highly recommend speaking with Muneeb if you're looking for storage!"

"I recently visited my storage unit and found a significant amount of rodent droppings inside. This was very concerning from a cleanliness and safety standpoint. I appreciate that issues can happen, but a facility should have regular pest control and proper sanitation. Unfortunately, due to this condition, I chose to cancel my unit. I hope the facility improves maintenance and hygiene for future customers."
