SmartStop Self Storage ✔

"I had a great experience at this location thanks to the excellent customer service from James and Tia. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They answered all my questions, helped me choose the right unit size, and made sure I understood everything clearly. It’s rare to find such genuine and helpful service these days. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for storage with top-notch customer support! Not to mention, James has a wonderful voice, so he should definitely take part in a reality show or something!"

"Just had an excellent experience dealing with Tia - the manager at the Esandar SmartStop location in Leaside. I really appreciated her empathetic and understanding approach to helping me. As a senior on a fixed income, she listened with compassion as I reviewed the various options available at her location. She took the time to show me around and explain the features of several units. I liked her informative no-pressure approach! Thanks so much Tia."
