Space at Hand Self Storage - Cambridge

Not too happy with this place. Been a customer for a few years.. I called inquiring about cancelling my account with them but told them I still had items in my parking space so the lady on the phone told me okay please call back and confirm when items are removed and they would cancel the account. A few months went by and I never got around to getting the items or calling back to “confirm” my cancellation. I recently went out to collect those items and call to cancel the account to find that my belongings weren’t there, so I called the office and asked to cancel my account only to find out that it was closed a few months ago back when I made the original call and that my belongings were thrown in the garbage with no courtesy call to ask if I would like to collect my items before tossing them out. Needless to say I’m now out 700$ in camping equipment that was purchased less than a year ago and they won’t do anything about it, so be careful with your belongings here because they can cancel your account whenever or anyone can call to cancel your account and your belongings would be thrown out. Not happy at all

Had my catalytic converter cut off here. While it's not their fault I was alarmed at the nonchalance of the office when I reported it. Not a care in the world. Gated fence but lacking in surveillance. Literally park at your own risk!

our better off dealing with a place that answeres there phone even haD the stone guy calling both phone numbers and still got no one at 3pm on a monday non holiday. If you hit there incase of emergency number it just gives you a voicemail The lot up to the fence was so icy that it didnt seem safe to drive to the gate. Id find storage with another company or an individual before i deal with them especially with how unsafe getting tothe fence was
