Nice and neat place, very clean, very convenient secure location near the highway, easy access. Climate controlled, I am using it for several years, everything in the locker is nicely stored, no accumulated dust and no moisture. Everything stays dry and clean and warm. Highly recommended! We rented storage for several months in advance of moving homes. Syed was professional, cordial & supportive throughout the rental process & always wore a smile. The facility rates are competitive, security is good with convenient access. The interior of the building was clean & bright as was the space rented. We happily recommend Storage Mart for short or long term rental needs!

Beware predatory price increases! During the promo period my total rate was $130, which then increased to $300 after the promotion ended in February. I knew it would increase, but was a little frustrated that no one at the company would tell me how much it would increase to. Just 10 months later, I have just gotten another 22% increase for a total of $370, no changes to the building, services, etc. I was told by phone this is a standard price increase and can expect increases every 6 to 10 months.
