Karen was polite and patient with me. I'm just very surprised they said that all their inside units were all climate controlled. Therefore they cost more And that all the drive up to units were for cats and businesses t o ect be Fair very large and all over 200 apparently. I just found them to be very expensive . Then on being sent the agreement or contract to sign well holy crap. Way over the top , making sure that they would never be responsible for pretty much everything. Breakin⁷s, articles stolen or damaged by even mold, mildew and whole list of crap. Well if I'm paying for climate control and I get mold or anything , over half of what they listed . It definitely is on them as it isn't climate controlled or there are major leaks and or something wrong with the structure of the unit. That is on them. Like there was 34 very long individual sections of disclaimers to pretty much only cover staff and company from having to pay out anything. Also I shouldn't have to pay 10 days before the next month and payment should actually BE. . There's JUST FAR Too many THINGS LISTED I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN AS THE WHOLE POINT OF ME GETTING THE STORAGE UNIT WAS SI I DIDNT Have TO TAKE THESE BELONGINGS TO THE NEW PLACE. I GIT THE STORAGE UNIT TO KEEP MY THINGS SAFE. IM NOT FEELING TOO CONFIDENT THAT THEY WILL BE SAFE THERE NOW AS WELL. Happy BLOODY Birthday to me. LMAO
