Diana was very helpful, she walked me through getting set up with a storage unit. It was my first time using a storage unit and she explained everything to me and told me that if I had any questions or needed anything to feel free to reach out. I am very pleased with the level of friendly, helpful service I was provided and will look to Access Storage again if I'm ever in need of another storage unit. Diana even brought out a lock, the paperwork I needed to sign and showed me the unit, how to get in and out of the gate and made sure I was happy with the unit and that it would suite my needs before I signed anything. I wish every business I have dealt with and will deal with would provide this level of service to their customers. I am very pleased with my experience.
