Where do I start… I dealt with easily 4 shops in NS, since I run a business using center console vessels. This shop is truly the best. They carry a vast amount of knowledge with outboards (I run mercs), they know the small quirks to solve small issues on center consoles (I run a Boston whaler) that would save you time from another shop trying to figure it out. Now all that is great, but how they treat the customers is on a different ballpark of great customer service. Their service is clear, fair, quick and professional. Their entire team seems to work really well together that everyone is in the know at all times. Everything flowed flawlessly from my perspective. I would highly recommend using them.

I purchased a new Boston Whaler Montauk from Anthony. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive via email. He was able to discuss the nuance of every boat detail and what seperates them with respect to price and quality. I told them I wanted the boat for the Labour Day long weekend and they had it arrive from PEI, paperwork completed, and prepped for pickup within 24 hours. The entire process of selecting a boat and picking it up was quite pleasant and painless. The other staff who helped was Danielle who was equally as responsive and helpful. This generally hasn't been my experience looking at boats at a few other retailers locally. Overall great experience so far with The Boat Shop.
