They moved us locally within Dartmouth. Both locations were tricky for the truck. The team did an amazing job, very professional, efficient and courteous. It was a boiling hot day. Because of the steep driveway at our new place they had to park at the bottom and walk everything up the hill. Exhausting! But they did it and even called back up when they saw how much longer it was going to take. All in it went 2-hours over the quote. It is just a quote. But I called and spoke to Phil and gave him some feedback about how the movers weren't prepared for our new driveway. He was very nice about it, understanding, and fair. He offered us a refund for some of the extra time and said he had spoken to his sales team to make sure this wouldn't happen again. In the end I couldn't be happier with their service. I would recommend them, and would hire again.
