"After a terrible experience at the Bayers Lake location we went to Bedford and had a wonderful experience with a great manager and staff. Thank you for helping us!! We will reccomend this location only to others."

"U-Haul lie to their clients. When you rent a truck or a storage space, you receive the receipt by email, but when you buy boxes, you only receive the printed receipt, I know I know why. The buy plenty and returned the unused is a lie, because you need the receipt to return. Where else do you think I bought the U-Haul boxes? At Costco?"
