ECO BOX Self Storage

I was wrongfully accused of not paying for my storage unit of almost four years and kicked out with less then 24 hours noticed in middle of winter after I was sent not a notice for non payments but a good news letter with my name on it stating the owner pattiann was moving the storage units and it could mean lower cost for units and if I didn't want any items damaged to come get them out before my unit was moved from Logan road to new location down from Walmart. On December 16 2024 I went there to Logan road supper time with boyfriend and when I got out of vehicle the owner pattiann rushed over to me and said I didn't belong there, I was not allowed. When I asked why she stated I never payed in months, I offered to show her proof I did un fact pay but she wouldn't listen kept saying I had to leave and when I told her no I was there to check my unit and if I had to leave she would have to call cops , at that point she said I had 2 weeks to get out only because she wouldn't listen to me when I said I had proof of payment.. she left and I called my dad upset he then went to talk with her and to ask why she was kicking me out without proof. I then get a demand letter shortly after i send her proof of payments, saying I had less then 24 hours to get out for non payment and for threats that I apparently said to her while she was threatening to kick me off the property my storage unit was on . What kind of business women operates like this? I understand mistakes happend and if she honestly thought I hadn't paid she could have sent me email asking for proof instead of verbally accusing me and not letting me show her proof and then kicking me out and middle of winter with no where to store my valuables.

Several times they screwed up with billing. They do not return your calls for weeks. Very poor service. The account is under my elderly mothers name and her credit card bill shows 9 additional months of being charged so far. I have left many messages with both my mothers phone number and my own, Not a single call back

I purchased a 20' container from ECO BOX and was extremely impressed with the responsiveness and rapid turn around time! I called in the afternoon and it was delivered the following day. Patianne was a pleasure to deal with and the placement of the container was conducted with great care. The container is extremely clean.
