Access Storage - Reserve Mines (Self-Serve) Reviews

Lessa Hachey (5)
I have rented units with Access storage many time in the past 15 years and when needed always come back. Units are clean , dry, in secured yard with gate and 24 hrs access, staff are kind, helpful , friendly and units are at affordable price. When storing my furniture and belongings not once have I ever lost something due to mold or dampness. I'd recommend Access Storage to anyone needing a unit for their personal belongings.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The facilities were well maintained. The recent addition of washroom facilities to the storage area was a great idea.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
  3. Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
  5. Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
