"Let's just say this was an experience. We had a 20 footer truck and were parked in a bay area which could've accommodated our truck comfortably. There was a van there and we were told there wasn't enough room for our truck. I have moved professionally for 20 plus years and can tell when a 5 ton can be docked to a cube van and 20 footer. This left a bad taste in my mouth as we were told to park outside and walk our furniture into 2 bay doors. I usually speak up and explain how this could've been dealt with more effectively and expeditiously. Just venting as this could've been handled more professionally then it was."

Her flat refusal to help, repeated condescending brush-offs, and total lack of accountability suggest either sheer incompetence or willful neglect. The worst part? While she insisted there were “no trucks” and “nothing she could do,” I managed to secure a truck moments later through a simple online booking—proving her claims were either dishonest or lazy beyond belief. This wasn’t a case of miscommunication. It was a display of indifference so staggering, it borders on contempt for customers and smells of racism. If this is the standard U-Haul condones, it’s no wonder people are taking their business elsewhere."
