The Town of Portugal Cove - St. Philip's Reviews

It's a beautiful place where you can park on the beach and watch whales feed on capelin. You can walk to the Mistaken point Ecological Reserve office. They have a gift shop and bathrooms. There are no bathrooms on the beach. Unfortunately I had a small problem with my RV but I was able to get a picture from people parked by me. The people in Newfoundland are great and without them I would have never got back to the United States

Very poor costumer service. They aren't aware how to properly talk to someone. Had my wife go in earlier today to talk about a bump in the road and the lady she talked to was very unpleasant. Pretty upset knowing we moved here from Mount pearl for a new start kinda wishing we hadn't knowing how the town hall people are with our complaints.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
- Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
- Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
