Bunch of scammers. Went to make purchase they range in wrong. So I decided just to cancel the order and get money back. They wouldn't refund charges for products never took. There idea of refunding to my card was cancel on cash register. Which doesn't put back on card I argued them to no avail. After I left I knew they didn't refund so I call MC to verify and nothing. When I explained how they suppositly dud refund MC said that wouldn't refund my money. I don't live in carbonear so now I'm out that money would cost me more in gas and tome to go back. Be careful when dealing with this canadian tire. They don't care nothing about customer. Employees even management has no idea hiw to do job.

Absolute garbage customer service. Barley anyone working there and the ones that were would run away from you when you try and ask for help. The girl with the purple hair on the desk ignored me the whole time I tried to get her to help me find a part. Last time I go here, rather drive 50 minutes to town for some decent service.

I love this store! It's a bit smaller that some of the newer, bigger Canadian Tires - but they always have great stuff. I'm mainly interested in gardening supplies. And I find the staff super friendly and helpful! I live an hour away in Witless Bay and some days I just go for the drive to go to this location because it's one of my favourite Canadian Tire stores!
