The store needs overall TLC it is falling appart. The bathroom are old and gross. When a hardware store chooses not to upgrade their facilities, it speaks a lot about how much the owners care about their customers and overall experience. The pickup area for lumber looks like a very unsafe area due to the risk of getting crushed by stacks of overstocked shelves, which look like they could be falling on someone at any time. I visited this store the one and only time, in the future, I plan to shop somewhere

Always friendly and helpful to customers without the hassle of big store line ups. Small towns need these type of family stores the most. Unlike a big box store they will come to you or ask if can help you find what your looking for without you feeling like you being watched and not helped. This store has been here for 60 plus years and always kept in the family. You can have a laugh or two, chat or feel welcome without hassle. My go to hardware store as close to my home .Keeping money within the community helps business growing, staff employed and helps you when you need it the most.
