I only used the storage unit for one month and it was broken into. Thieves stole some tools and other valuable items. All they needed to do was cut a very small padlock to the outside gate and then cut the flimsy locking mechanism on the unit. Management said there was no way they would compensate me for my stolen items. So my advice is don't put anything of valve in there. The place is not secure.
