I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to go with Forge Valley Storage! Amazing storage solution and extremely affordable. Safe and secure. Friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way for you. It’s honestly a breath of fresh air to be as well accommodated as this storage unit makes you feel 🙂 Super happy!!

I love that the have good small storage options and it is right in town. So many units at other storage places are too big and too expensive. This place is great for seasonal storage or that bit extra I don't have room for.

I'm using Forge Valley to store all my boxes from my garage. Other storage options would have cost over $60 per month and at Forge Valley, I'm paying less than $20 per month to have all that space back. They're right in town, easy to get to and have a great staff. It's a total no brainer.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
  3. Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
  5. Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
